The following survey is designed to provide insight into your church.  It measures spiritual and relational functioning as your congregation seeks to become a healthy expression of the Body of Christ.  The survey covers five key areas: Corporate Pulse, Trust in Leadership, Mission/Vision Fulfillment, Communication and Historical Crises.

Once you submit the ChurchScan inventory you will be taken to an assessment page which provides a picture of your church’s condition. Action points, suggestions and further resources are also included. We will also email you a link to your assessment page so that you can review your results at a later date.  We encourage you to use the ChurchScan survey as a point of discussion with other leaders in your church. You can even ask them to take the assessment and compare your results together.

If you’d like to invite several of your leaders to take the survey and receive composite scores from us, contact us at info@blessingpoint.org.  We’ll provide you with an Excel spread sheet detailing your group’s overall feedback for a donation of $25.00.

Should your church sense a need to address issues raised by the assessment, we at Blessing Point are here to help. Feel free to contact us as needed or avail yourselves of the resources we provide. Our prayer is that the ChurchScan assessment will contribute to the overall well-being of your church!
