The following survey is designed to provide insight into your church.  It measures spiritual and relational functioning as your congregation seeks to become a healthy expression of the Body of Christ.  The survey covers five key areas: Corporate Pulse, Trust in Leadership, Vision Fulfillment, Communication and Historical Crises.

Once you submit the ChurchScan survey you will be taken to an assessment page which will provide a picture of your church’s condition. Action points, suggestions and further resources are also included. We will also email you a link to your assessment page so that you can review your results at a later date.  We encourage you to use the ChurchScan survey as a point of discussion with other leaders in your church. You can even ask them to take the assessment and compare your results together.
