Dear Friends,

The month of January holds several opportunities for God to heal the hearts of His churches.  On the weekend of January 21st two churches will start the Healing the Heart of Your Church process.  Ken Quick will be working with Belcroft Bible Church in Bowie, MD.  Mark Barnard will be working with College Avenue Friends Church in Oskaloosa, IA.  A third church, of the Baptist variety, is also beginning the same process this month facilitated by their Interim Pastor in Lyman, WY.  Based on the kinds and locations of these churches, it's pretty plain that hurting congregations know no geographical or denominational boundaries. 

The process these churches are starting is a deeply spiritual one with potential to heal and revive their ministries.  The spiritual nature of the work calls for equally deep preparations through prayer, both for the facilitator and for the church.  We call our work "consulting" but we are not the real consultants.  We consult the Lord to speak to the issues He sees in the hearts of these churches.  As He reveals them and church leaders address them, amazing things happen.
