Our Board of Directors:
Blessing Point Ministries is a 501C3 nonprofit ministry. We seek to work with churches from across the evangelical spectrum. Unaffiliated with any one denomination, Blessing Point's leadership and Board of Directors hold membership in Christian & Missionary Alliance, Presbyterian Church in America, Baptist and independent Bible churches.
We are gratified to have a board of directors who have been involved in the healing process on a first hand basis. Their passion for what God can do through this ministry flows from that experience. They know the ministry process and come from the very churches touched by this ministry.
Rev. Mark Barnard serves as president and chairman of the board for Blessing Point Ministries Inc. He holds a BA in Bible and an MA in Pastoral Studies. He has served in various pastoral and teaching capacities across a spectrum of evangelical denominations. He brings a burden for revival and revitalization in local churches. Rev. Barnard also brings a sales and marketing background to the board from a ten year career in the new-home industry. His teaching ability and his passion for corporate healing and revival combine to develop new training paradigms. He has been married to Jeannie for twenty-five years. They are the proud parents of Bethany, Shane, Brooke and Jesse.
“Blessing Point Ministries has been entrusted with a unique and valuable treasure. The principles of corporate repentance and healing have important implications for the revitalized health of the American Church and beyond. If in these difficult days for the Church we were to see the renewed radiance of Christ’s Bride, the increase of souls to the Kingdom would be significant. May God make it so as we humbly serve and follow His purposes.”

“I've experienced my share of pain in pastoral ministry. Having been a pastor for twenty-three years, many of them in a church under God's discipline for the failure of leadership years before I got there, I now realize how important it is to rightly assess a local church's history--and what Christ is saying to that church--if a pastor seeks God's best for his people. That's why I am so excited to be a part of Blessing Point. We've watched God restore and heal churches which were in indescribable pain and causing pain to their pastors and lay leaders. It is a privilege beyond words to play a part in what God is doing to restore the radiance of His Bride.”
Rev. Thomas C. Bowden serves as a director on the board of Blessing Point Ministries Inc. He brings supervisory skills as well as an innate ability in the area of innovation. He is a gifted networker and has a wealth of contacts in the field of work Blessing Point targets. “As part of a congregation that experienced Blessing Point’s ministry firsthand, I can attest to the spiritual renewal that comes with corporate healing. I’m thankful that God chose our small church as the launching pad for this tremendous ministry. God used Blessing Point Ministries to allow us to clearly see and repent from decades old sins that stifled our ministry. Through Blessing Point God changed our inward focus to an outward one - allowing us to serve the Kingdom in the community in which we live. I’m part of this ministry because I long to see the same transformation multiplied in churches throughout the nation.”
Mr. Tom Duddles with his wife Laura have been raising their family since 1982. Their children range from grade school to those out of college living away from home. He has served in many church and ministry capacities over the years. To support his family and ministries Mr. Duddles has been working as an electrical design engineer since 1978. Mr. Duddles serves on the Blessing Point Ministries board as the secretary.
“I experienced the ‘Healing the Heart of Your Church' process of Blessing Point Ministries while serving as an elder in our church. This provided a ‘next level up’ understanding of the church as a corporate body. God is often limited in using us as individuals when we are lacking in our personal spiritual fitness. He has the same limitations with a church when its corporate spiritual fitness is lacking. Blessing Point Ministries provided the avenue for our congregation to deal with and correct our corporate spiritual fitness. I desire for Blessing Point Ministries to reach as many churches as possible with this process. I am excited for God to use me in this ministry to help accomplish its goals.”
